Apartment one is ideally situated to enjoy the area’s many attractions. Many water sports, beautiful walks, local fine dining, St Enodoc golf course and nearby surfing beach at Polzeath. Literally hop on the ferry by day or the water taxi by night to explore Padstow and its many fine restaurants.

It is beautifully furnished taking full advantage of the views as this room has the South and the West facing balconies. Enjoy the views and the sun for almost all day from the South facing balcony. From the West facing balcony you wouldn’t get a better place to enjoy the setting sun in the evening.

The kitchen, with its Granite work tops, caters for all your needs, with dishwasher, washer dryer, fridge freezer and all the cooking facilities you may require.
Bedroom 1 has South facing Velux windows and en-suite with shower, 32 inch Freeview TV and ample space for clothes.
Bedroom 2 has West facing Velux windows, ample clothes storage, 32inch Freeview TV and the main bathroom is just opposite with bath and shower.
For 2012 there will be some building work to the rear of the apartment, Hence the price reductions. However the owners are certain that this will have no effect on your stay in the apartment.
